About the role: Behaviour Mentor
* Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, promoting positive behaviour.
* Work closely with class teachers to create and implement stimulating behaviour strategies that promote progress.
* Deliver targeted interventions in small groups and 1:1 sessions to support social and emotional development.
* Support children across key stages, from Year 1 to Year 6, ensuring individual needs are met.
* Help pupils build confidence, resilience, and the tools to succeed both academically and socially.

What we're looking for in a Behaviour Mentor:
* Prior experience as a Behaviour Mentor or SEN Teaching Assistant is essential.

* Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
* Ability to adapt strategies to suit individual pupil needs and track progress effectively.
* A proactive and committed attitude to making a real difference in a primary school setting.
