Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' housing needs.
Develop personalized action plans to assist clients in securing housing.
Provide advice and guidance on housing options available to clients.
Collaborate with local agencies and stakeholders to facilitate housing access.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and housing applications.
Advocate for clients in their dealings with landlords and housing organizations.
Organize and participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about housing issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, housing studies, or a related field.
Proven experience in housing access, social work, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of local housing policies and legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with case management software and record-keeping systems.
Hours Per Week: 10
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £18.76
