About the Job We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Operations team as an Office Administrator. This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast paced International business whilst gaining valuable experience in office administration and management, while working towards a recognised qualification (L5 Operations Management Apprenticeship). The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, helping to ensure the smooth running of our cool office space by managing a variety of day-to-day tasks and supporting the leadership team. As an Office administrator, no two days will be the same and you will work on a range of duties to ensure the smooth running of the office, from handling office supplies. You’ll be keen to make our environment a great one and and as a ‘born organiser’ you be a whizz at to responding to queries and helping with projects. We will support you to develop essential skills in organisation, communication, and time management, which will lay the foundation for a successful career in administration. You will be required to work in the office 4 days per week, providing hands-on support to the team and engaging directly with colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a driven and professional environment with a warm and friendly team, while still benefiting from a structured training programme. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Office Management Support: Assist with maintaining an organised and efficient office environment. Monitor and replenish office supplies as required. Help with scheduling and coordinating office activities. Administrative Support: Filing, scanning, and photocopying. Draft and edit documents, emails, and reports under supervision. Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and the People & Talent team. Communication and Collaboration: Answer phone calls and respond to email enquiries professionally and promptly. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when needed. Work closely with different teams to provide administrative support. Project and Task Assistance: Support ongoing office projects by maintaining records and tracking progress. Assist in creating presentations and updating records/databases. Qualifications: Essential: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics. Strong interest in business administration and office management. Desirable: Prior experience in an administration role Essential Skills and Behaviours: Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
