STORE MANAGER - MENSWEAR
Department Store - Birmingham
Salary: £36,000/38,000 + Bonus
Full-time: 40h - Permanent
About the company:

* Established in the early 20th century, it specializes in premium menswear and womenswear, including expertly tailored shirts and formalwear.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring sales goals are met and exceeded.
* Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and resolving issues.
* Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they are well-trained.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked.
* Manage store expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
* Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and meets health and safety standards.
* Stay updated with industry trends and adjust operations accordingly.
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in menswear.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
* A passion for fashion and understanding of current menswear trends.
