Job Description
You will lead propositional development, customer experience journey mapping and work with stakeholders across the group to conceptualize change and new ways of doing things.
A lot of this job is creative and innovative so you will be asked to think differently and push the boundaries of current experiences to build compelling new propositions and experiences. A big part of your job will be working with colleagues to gather requirements, validate requirements and play them back in a clear, concise and structured way.
Whilst the wider team is responsible for interior design, this role is more focused on experience design and strategic vision setting. We are looking for a human-centric design and strategic thinker who can marry corporate strategy and colleague insights to shape a brilliant experience that meets multiple different objectives.
You don't need a background in property or interior design but we do ask for a proven track record of strategic and human-centred design thinking.
