Role: Business Controller – New Truck Division
Salary: Starting from £45,000 plus an excellent benefits package
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid working)

As the Business Controller for New Trucks, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing wholesale month end management accounts.
2. Maintaining the pricing structure of all New Truck Sales products within the Sales Portal.
3. Supporting and advising our business managers in understanding financial and business performance, including income statements and KPIs.
4. Systematically improving performance in line with or exceeding targets.
5. Being the key financial lead in monthly reviews.
6. Running analysis and interpretation of results and KPIs (actual, projections, and plans) and using this information to formulate and present weekly forecasting.
7. Motivating the team to deliver high-quality results.

2. Commercially minded: awareness of business opportunities, profitability, and market dynamics, with the ability to make decisions that drive financial success.
3. Excellent Communicator: able to clearly communicate with customers and internal colleagues via email and over the phone.
4. Leadership skills: motivate and manage the team to deliver high-quality results.
