Key Responsibilities:

* Station Management: Oversee production of dishes, maintain cleanliness, and ensure supplies are available.
* Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards for presentation and taste.
* Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and assist colleagues as needed.
* Menu Development: Collaborate with head chef to develop new recipes and provide suggestions for improvement.
* Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
* Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
* Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
