Focussed on Cybersecurity, our client specialises in Managed Detection and Response. They monitor networks for a broad range of security issues, tailoring their monitoring for the specific industry and requirements of each client. They have worked with nationally-recognised brands such as RAC, Inchcape and Claridge's. Responsibilities: ●Research, identify, and qualify inbound and outbound leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. ●Promote services and solutions to a variety of audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership. ●Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all interactions and opportunities. ●Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. ●Address client concerns and objections effectively, providing detailed and reassuring responses to build trust. ●Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align on strategy and ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads. ●Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, the cybersecurity landscape, and market trends. ●Gain and maintain thorough knowledge of market trends and competitor services. ●Establish and nurture strong connections and lasting relationships with our clients. ●Follow up with warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent engagement and rapport building. ●Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
