Catalent Pharma Solutions are looking to recruit a Master Data Administrator to join our expanding Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Shared Services team in our Swindon facility. Our Shared Services Master Data team currently supports 24 sites globally. The role of Master Data Administrator is to act as a member of the Global Shared Service team ensuring accurate capturing of Vendor and Customer Master data that enable the operational teams to complete their task in a timely and compliant manner. The Role Set up of Vendors and Customer’s into our ERP systems (JDE 9.1, JDE XE, Oracle, QAD, SAP), This will include Name, Address, TAX id’s, Bank details and Contact information. Ensure monthly Vendor and Customer master data reviews and maintenance is completed in line with Audit and SOX Policies. Maintain and update the master data request forms and Standard Operating Procedures Attend to all the requests within master data mailbox. Work with internal and external audits related to master data management. Work with conversion team on validating master data to be converted, ensuring no duplicates to be created and parent child linkage are correct. Ensure appropriate back up is kept and stored in a centralized location for easy access with audits. Call Vendors to validate Bank detail changes to minimize fraud Activity, Log the actions taken The Candidate Previous Master Data experience is preferable however a background in an administration based role is highly suitable.
