Title: Project Account Administrator
Contract: 12 months
Location: Great Yarmouth with occasional visits to Aberdeen
Report to: UK & Norway Regional Business Manager
About This Job:
Responsible for supporting the business with Project account administration, generating reports and general administrative duties.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and run reports on company customer relation management (CRM) system for accuracy/trends.
2. Update and maintain company CRM system.
3. Setup Projects in Company ERP system.
4. Monitor ERP system for costing accuracy.
5. Setup Project Folder structure.
6. Maintain business forecast tools.
7. Run reports on Project performance.
8. Document and maintain business action tracker.
9. Maintain effective communication with the account project managers.
10. Perform other assigned duties as required.
11. Cover tasks in the Billing team as required.
12. Support Country Leadership team.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent computer skills.
2. Excellent Excel skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
4. Must be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
5. Must have exemplary record keeping and an eye for detail.
6. Must be a self-starter and natural leader who can work with little to no supervision.
7. Desirable - CRM Experience.
8. Desirable – Oracle ERP Experience.
9. Excellent safety attitude is a must. Must participate in all Company safety programs and adhere to all policies.
