We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in EMEA at London, United Kingdom.
Job Purpose:
1. Coordinate DHL's global property risk engineering site assessment program with external and internal stakeholders.
2. Distributes final risk reports and risk improvement action plans.
3. Ensures effective follow up on outstanding open risk actions.
Your tasks:
1. Develops and maintains a working knowledge of the Group, its organizational structure and its scope of services.
2. Develops and maintains a working knowledge of the IRM service portfolio, IRM strategy and the property sustainability & resilience strategy.
3. Collaborate with IRM team and insurers and maintain an up-to-date list of sites to be visited in calendar year.
4. Set-up and agree property risk engineering visit dates ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are aligned and able to attend risk engineering visits.
5. Maintain up to date site visit schedule and ensure full site visit schedule is executed in line with agreed plan. Escalate deviations and or conflicts as required.
6. Ensure timely distribution of property risk engineering reports and risk improvement action plans to site contacts.
7. Executing a follow up program to ensure open risk improvement actions are addressed.
8. Generate and compile information for property risk engineering presentations.
9. Conduct any other administrative or project tasks to support the IRM and PRE team.
Your profile:
1. 5+ years' experience in business coordination, project coordination or admin support for a large multi-national corporation.
2. Project management skills and familiarity working with business processes.
3. Excellent Microsoft Outlook skills, strong Excel, and PowerPoint skills with experience of creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
4. Power BI experience an advantage.
5. Experience of compiling reports / summarizing information.
6. Experience of working in a team.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communicational skill with international teams.
8. Excellent communicator, solution orientated with strong customer focus.
9. High level of quality awareness.
10. Self-confident, communicative, with a professional demeanour.
11. Time Zone Management: Able to coordination across regions: Ability to set up meetings or schedules that accommodate multiple time zones.
12. Strong Communication Skills: Must effectively communicate stakeholders across regions while solving Problems under pressure.
13. Creative problem-solving: Capable of coming up with solutions to last-minute scheduling issues or logistical challenges.
