Are you an HR professional who enjoys working on the policy and benefits side of HR? Do you also enjoy working with data and analytics within an HR setting? If so, we have the perfect role for you here.
You will get the chance to join and work with an ambitious and expanding mutual society, in a small but close-knit HR team. Your role will be to take ownership of the policy and benefits side of HR, creating new company policies, maintaining and updating existing company policies, and leading the benefits side of the HR team. This includes managing the benefits and rewards platform and looking at developing this moving forward for the business, as well as handling the online training platform. Lastly, you will also handle some work with a data and analytics edge, using their in-house system to interpret data and produce various analytical reports, along with some general HR admin work to support your team.
They offer a genuinely awesome place to work. We have worked with this business for a number of years now, and they have a very impressive staff retention rate, which includes a number of candidates who have joined through us.
They offer some genuinely great perks, such as staff away days and social functions, with a benefits package that includes private health cover, 25 days holiday + bank holidays to start, free eye care, a 10% of salary annual bonus, and a 10% non-contributory pension, along with death in service (x4 of base salary). The benefits do not stop there; they also offer a staff Employee Assistance Program and discounted membership investment opportunities, as well as two additional fully paid days off to work for a charity of your choice. They also offer hybrid working, and onsite parking is provided.
First and foremost, you must be an experienced HR professional with previous experience handling policies and procedures, working on company benefits and training, as well as some general HR experience. You will also need to have good IT/systems experience, with the ability to interpret data and produce reports.
This is a truly fabulous opportunity to join a great local employer in Gloucestershire, who offers a fun and friendly working environment, working with a warm and friendly team!
Office hours are 8:45 am to 5 pm, and the salary on offer is £35,000 - £38,000, depending on experience, including all the benefits mentioned above, with hybrid working (you will need to be in the office 2/3 days a week).
