**Salesforce Administrator - INSIDE IR35 - £market rate - Remote, with ad hoc travel to Reading - 12 month initial contract**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrative and Salesforce Support Specialist. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, providing essential support to Account Executives (AEs), and managing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Account Executive Onboarding:
Ensure new AEs receive their correct equipment.
Add AEs to relevant Outlook distribution lists.
Assist with onboarding AEs in Salesforce (SFDC).
Support Talent Acquisition (TA) with approvals of Recruiter invoices.
SFDC Support:
Collaborate closely with the team in the US to assist AEs with general SFDC support.
Provide AE onboarding and training for SFDC, including integration with Outlook, setting up opportunities, and familiarization with Legal Tech SKUs.
Daily monitoring of SFDC Hygiene dashboard and Level 11, alerting AEs of items requiring attention.
Assist AEs with opportunity updates, fixing issues, and margin calculations.
Support sales management in fixing/closing opportunities during AE absences.
Maintain a workflow to receive new opportunity details from AEs and open opportunities in SFDC on their behalf.
Create ad-hoc SFDC reports for management and AEs.
Attend forecast calls and help update opportunities or follow up with AEs to make changes.
Managing OnDemand Clients:
Manage the full SFDC process for repeat Axc OnDemand clients, including opportunity creation, seeking approvals, contract signature, and closure.
Expand this process to include more clients over time.
Conflict Checks:
Run all Conflict Checks for Axcelerate OnDemand (5-10 conflict checks per week) by receiving requests from AEs, running searches in Conflicts DB, and confirming results to AEs.
Maintain a list of all conflicts run to assist AEs in prospecting.
Contract Signing:
Manage the contract signing process for approved contracts and legal documents (5-10 contracts per week) by uploading documents to DocuSign, routing them for eSignature, and handling post-signature tasks.
Field Marketing Support:
Assist Field Marketing with various activities, including sourcing locations in London, onsite support during events, and managing event leads.
Help AEs collate contact information from websites and provide marketing support.
Ad-hoc Support :
Provide English/German translations for contracts, marketing documents, etc.
Assist Sales Directors with planning meetings, team events, dinners, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Manage approvals for suppliers.
Prepare presentations for AEs.
Qualifications:
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Concur.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a global team.
Fluency in English and German for translation tasks (preferred).
