Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Handle customer inquiries and requests related to their loan accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clear, simple, and effective communication.
Collaborate with colleagues across teams to resolve complex customer requests.
Process Adherence:
Work in a fast-paced environment while following defined processes.
Ensure all customer records are accurate and updated in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
Contribute to team discussions and help identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Performance Goals:
Strive to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Sociable and customer-focused with a passion for helping customers.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with computer systems.

Work Environment:
Shifts between 8 AM and 10 PM, Monday to Sunday, on a 6-8 week rotation (including evening and weekend work shared among colleagues).
