What will you be doing?
As a Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager and team to achieve the business plan and sales objectives of the Centre. Responsibilities include:
1. Achieving personal KPIs and revenue objectives with target customers.
2. Accurately identifying parts to meet customer sales requirements.
3. Utilising product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets.
4. Identifying and leveraging potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
5. Maintaining product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
6. Building strong customer relationships through regular contact.
7. Providing high levels of customer service by understanding requirements and responding to requests.
8. Communicating timely updates to customers on their credit status.
9. Supporting the TPS Centre team to ensure excellent customer service.
10. Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries within KPIs.
11. Ensuring the proper use of systems for searching and ordering parts.
12. Completing all required documentation accurately and promptly.
13. Managing cash and credit card transactions in line with TPS guidelines.
Essential Skills
We are looking for:
1. A self-starter with a proven track record in building relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
2. A confident communicator with experience in a fast-paced or telesales environment.
3. A passion for providing excellent customer service.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. A team player with determination to achieve individual and sales targets.
6. Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
7. IT literate, preferably with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
8. A passion for the automotive industry.
