What you'll need
1. Technical know-how in maintenance delivery.
2. Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
3. Ability to build high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring.
4. Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and team members.
5. Clear communication skills, making complex information understandable.
6. Proficiency in IT tools like Office 365 and a full driving licence.

For your future, there’s our pension, life assurance, and an annual company bonus. You’ll also have access to SW Splash – rewards that can save you money on holidays, bills, and shopping.
