Our client is a highly respected global brand in the medical devices industry. Their specialty is leading the field in oncology, inventing machines to both detect and cure cancer.
As PLM Excellence Lead, you'll be working closely with the VP of Digital Transformation, driving the activities of the PLM team. You will already be a Transformation Leader, either in an organization’s own transformation or in a consultancy. The role will include the following:
1. Planning and executing PLM strategy, measured against OKRs.
2. Managing the PLM budget.
3. Leading internal communications and developing/executing a strategy for meaningful stakeholder communications.
4. Supporting the adoption of strategic and relevant Gen AI across the business.
5. Supporting process excellence across product teams throughout the business.
6. Supporting and working closely with the VP and Head of Transformation at all times, including at senior management meetings.
To be considered for the role, you will need to have the following skills, experience, and behaviours/attitudes:
1. Result-driven.
2. Creativity and problem-solving.
3. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. 5+ years post-graduate experience (or 2+ years experience if working for a consultancy).
5. A background in technology, ideally in a medical devices or electronics company.
6. Some recent experience in driving agile or digital transformation.
7. Any experience with Gen AI is an added bonus.
8. Curiosity and a strong desire for learning.
My client offers an attractive salary (likely to be between £65-70k TBC), and an attractive benefits package. All applicants must have current authorisation to work unrestricted in the UK. Unfortunately, my client is not able to sponsor work visas for this position.
The role is based in Crawley, West Sussex, daily commutable from South London, Surrey, northern Hampshire, North West Kent, and East Sussex. The position is hybrid, 3 days/week onsite.
