Are you an experienced Real Estate Solicitor looking for a new opportunity in Belfast? We are recruiting for a Senior Associate to join a well-established and growing Real Estate team. This role offers full flexibility, including remote and part-time options, to support work-life balance.
The Role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
* Leading on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing (landlord and tenant) across sectors such as retail, leisure, clean energy, and investment.
* Managing due diligence on complex real estate projects, including title reviews, enquiries, and searches.
* Advising on real estate financing, large-scale acquisitions/disposals, and working closely with corporate, banking, construction, planning, and regulatory teams.
* Engaging in business development, networking, and mentoring junior team members to help grow the practice.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered) with strong experience in Real Estate law.
* Ability to work independently with strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
* A proactive mindset, with a track record of business development and building strong client relationships.
* Passion for collaboration and mentoring, contributing to the growth of junior team members.
