Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Homes: 4 bed EBD/CSE Home
Salary: £32,442 - £35,661 (Base) + £50 per sleep (1-2 sleeps per week)
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (Flexible, including weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in duties)
Holidays: 22 days + 8 bank holidays
Shifts: 80% Proactive / 20% Managerial
Number of Sleeps Required: 1-2 per week
Pay Per Sleep: £50
Service: Children’s Home
Qualifications Required: QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent, QCF Level 5 (or willingness to undertake)
Experience in Years: Minimum 18 months in a residential children's home, 12 months in a leadership role

We are looking for two Deputy Managers for our children’s homes in Cheltenham. One role will be based in a solo children's home, and the other in a two-bed home for females at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE).
Who we are looking for…
We are seeking two committed and experienced Deputy Managers to support and lead teams in Cheltenham. The first role is within a Solo Children’s Home, while the second is for a two-bed home focused on female children at risk of CSE. You will lead the care and management of children aged 7-12, applying trauma-informed care approaches, with an 80% focus on proactive care and 20% managerial responsibilities. Experience in trauma and attachment-based care is essential.
