Role: PMO Analyst Location- We are predominantly based in the North West of England, with offices in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bolton & Southport, as well as a team in Cambridge. The role will be to support our Transformation team in making Fletcher’s better at the maximum possible pace and supercharging business growth. The PMO Analyst will contribute to this vision by supporting the successful delivery of the change portfolio via performance analysis, reporting, quality assurance, and benefit tracking. Track resource utilization and ensure optimal use of resources across projects. Support project prioritisation, ensuring key metrics for each project are understood and prioritisation is completed ahead of PMO reviews. Conduct assurance reviews to ensure projects are following lifecycle processes and analyse project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Monitor and report on project costs and benefits at a portfolio level Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management practices. Develop and maintain PMO processes, templates, and best practices. Create and maintain a central view of project and portfolio risks to delivery. Assist in the development and use of Portfolio tools as required and keep the single view of change maintained. Provide support for larger projects and programmes, assisting project managers with planning, scheduling, and controlling projects. Provide administrative support and ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date. Create and maintain a central lessons learnt log, ensuring important learnings are carried forward to future projects.
