SF are thrilled to be working with a manufacturing business in Solihull who are on the look out for a HR Officer to come and join their team on a 12 month FTC basis.
This is an exciting role to join a fast paced and varied role where you will be shadowing on ER case work, working closely with the HR Manager and Advisor to provide guidance and support with all generalist operational HR issues. We are looking for a strong and effective communicator who is able to support and guide floor staff as well as SLT teams.
We are looking for someone who is working towards or holds their CIPD 3, someone who has previous experience working in a HR Officer or similar level role as well as:
1. Strong MS Excel skills including reports, data manipulation and preparing reports
2. Strong UK employment law knowledge
3. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
4. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Typical day to day in the role will include:
1. Providing generalist support with day to day HR to the whole site
2. Ensuring line management relationships are maintained
3. Ensuring management and SLT teams adhere to HR best practice
4. Shadowing on ER case work when required
5. Maintaining HRIS system

This is a varied role paying up to GBP35K and is an onsite role with an early Friday finish.
