Location: High Wycombe (hybrid)

Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent


We are seeking a motivated and dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is fluent in German and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

* Process customer orders and handle returns efficiently
* Respond to customer queries and provide outstanding service
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to resolve issues
* Support in maintaining customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns
* Ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers
* Help improve customer service procedures and processes


What we're looking for:

1. Native-level fluency in German is essential
2. Previous experience in professional customer service is strongly preferred
3. Must be within a commutable distance to High Wycombe
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
