Your Mission As a Project Management Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of the SMA 2 project (new software for Field Service engineers in Semiconductor Service). You will coordinate resources, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and ensure that key project milestones are met. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Project Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress, challenges, and solutions. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables to ensure they meet required standards and specifications. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and managed. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring that any changes are documented and communicated effectively. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the project team or with stakeholders. Documentation and Reporting: Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, and prepare detailed reports for the Executive Sponsor and other stakeholders. Experience Requirements Apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field. Previous experience in project management or coordination. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders. Attention to detail, excellent time management, and a proactive approach to follow-up tasks. Strong command of the English language. Innovative mindset with a positive, flexible, and responsive attitude. Resilient and able to cope with change in a fast-moving digital landscape.
