Job Description Job Title: Order Processor Location: Essex Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (No remote working option) The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our team. As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, processing them accurately, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and provide exceptional customer service. Knowledge of Logical, Evolution, and V6 software is ideal, but not essential. Key Responsibilities: • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. • Ensure all order details are correct and meet the specified requirements. • Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products. • Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery schedules, and inventory. • Resolve customer order-related issues promptly and professionally. • Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide status updates. • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. • Assist in managing inventory levels and stock ordering. • Continuously look for ways to improve the order processing workflow and efficiency. Key Skills and Experience: • Proven experience in order processing or a similar administrative role. • Knowledge of Logical, Evolution, and V6 systems would be highly beneficial. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficient in using order processing software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. • Team player with a proactive approach to tasks.
