The purpose of the Finance Assistant is to support the finance department with day-to-day functions through transactional accounting duties: Inputting and processing purchase ledger invoices. Reconciling supplier statements. Dealing with any queries. Updating and maintaining cashbooks in multiple currencies. Creating new customer and supplier accounts. Credit control. Managing the expenses system. Other ad hoc duties as required. The person: The successful candidate will be QAAT or currently studying towards. You will be self-motivated with a "can do" attitude. Previous experience is required, preferably within a high-volume transactional environment. Good IT skills are essential.
