In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customer purchase orders and quotation requests. Your primary responsibility will be to gather all necessary information before inputting quotes and orders into our internal system for timely processing, helping us meet key office KPIs. Main Duties And Responsibilities Accurate Data Entry: Ensure all quote requests and purchase orders (POs) have the correct information before uploading them into the system in a timely manner. Call Handling: Receive and transfer calls via Microsoft Teams, ensuring efficient communication across teams. Post and Email Management: Handle incoming and outgoing post/emails, ensuring prompt and accurate distribution. Documentation: Complete A60 certificates and Certificates of Conformity with attention to detail and accuracy. Meeting Support: Produce minutes for the Monday morning meeting and assist with booking meeting rooms and lunches. Guest and Visitor Coordination: Book and manage guest visits, ensuring all arrangements are made for a smooth experience. System Updates: Update enquiry and project details in Sales Achiever as directed, ensuring the system is up to date. Reception experience with a professional and friendly approach to customer interactions. GCSEs, A Levels, or equivalent qualifications. Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Fluent in English, speaking and written Desirable Experience & Qualifications Experience working within a manufacturing environment. Customer service training or relevant certifications.
