Job Description Electrical Estimator Location : Liverpool and surrounding areas, UK Salary : £50,000 - £60,000 per annum car allowance Hours : Monday to Friday Office based Permanent Start Date: ASAP Join our clients who are seeking a passionate and driven Electrical Estimator to be part of their dynamic team. Y ou will contribute to creating exceptional customer experiences and support their mission of providing top-quality products and services. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years’ experience working on projects such as student accommodation, apartments, office blocks, hospitals, schools, universities and retail units etc as an Electrical Estimator, specifically pricing electrical packages. Responsibilities: Analyse project blueprints and specifications to estimate electrical costs. Determine material quantities, labour hours, and subcontractor costs. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to refine estimates. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and bid proposals. Evaluate project profitability and recommend adjustments as needed. Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and regulations. Maintain accurate records of estimates and bid submissions. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrical estimator pricing electrical packages. Proficiency in estimating software and tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Valid Electrical qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field ( desirable ). Local presence for office-based work. Benefits £ 50,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience.
