What you'll do Role purpose: To deliver small projects or work packages for VBSE, either independently or as part of a larger project or programme. • Validation and Control of Scope - Formally agrees scope of the project or work package and manages any variations in accordance with Change Control process. Tracks and reports against project budget • Planning and Control - Create project & resource plans gaining stakeholder buy in. Drives delivery against the plan and takes proactive actions to prevent any deviation • Risk and Issue Management - Establish & maintains the Risk and Issue register identifying new risks and response strategies. Implements mitigation where issues occur • Leadership, Communication & Stakeholder Management - Creates and sustains collaborative working relationships across customer and internal teams. • Governance & Methodology - Complies with VBSE Project Delivery Processes Who you are • Leadership and Team working - Provides leadership and direction for cross functional teams • Effective Communication and Reporting - Communications are accurate, concise and tailored to their audience • Planning and Tracking - Planning is done collaboratively with teams and projects are driven by the plan.
