Contact Centre Advisor (12 months maternity cover)

This role is for a Contact Centre Advisor covering maternity leave for a period of 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
3. Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy.
4. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a team and independently.
