We are looking for doers and thinkers who get things done and have fun doing it About the Role: This role is located: Eastern Rd Bracknell Berkshire, RG12 2UP Processing Operatives are exciting roles here at PCS Wireless, in this role you get to learn all about the products in which we carry, quickly understand their production life cycle and be able to systems and technology that are extremely important to everyday operations. You are responsible for attending to all Goods-In, Grading, Cleaning, Software re-flashing & Packaging processes for General Products throughout the UK Warehouse operations, based in Bracknell, Berkshire, UK. This covers all material handling operations from when the Product arrives in the Warehouse until it is made and ready for Shipment. Products include new and second-user electronics including Cellphones, Tablets, consumer electronics, accessories, and wearables. The incumbent will quickly learn all about cell phones, wearables, lap tops and electronics. You will also be responsible for adhering to all necessary quality standards in a timely manner for the sustained success of the General operation. All Warehouse activities must meet or exceed Company goals and objectives, including financial performance. The incumbent is a key worker in ensuring the successful processing of General Products on a day-to-day basis throughout the Warehouse. This is not a pick and pack role. It requires a person that is curious and wants to learn about our products, the production process, systems and technology and a lot more. What You Will Do: Efficient handling and processing of all products and equipment which are moved within the UK Warehouse Identify all variances from Orders at all times, reporting discrepancies immediately Perform all warehouse operations quickly and efficiently to ensure smooth operations Quality Control on our all of devices. Ensure accuracy of Data Entry and Customer/Order information into the appropriate systems Check that Products shipped and received are handled in a timely manner, are complete & not damaged Inform Warehouse management of any incorrect or missing items, where applicable Ensure that deadlines/turn around times meet SLA requirements within allotted timescales Operate all mechanical handling equipment with care and alertness Operate within and meet all Health & Safety requirements of the business at all times Who You Are: Good attention to detail is essential, within a fast moving warehouse environment Honesty, high personal integrity and care in handling high-value Products is essential Dexterity, visual and administrative skills are paramount requirements General PC competence and accuracy in data entry are mandatory requirements Previous Warehouse operational experience would be advantageous Quickness to learn will be helpful, with a willingness to learn via on-thejob training We Are Seeking People Who: Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment Proven ability to successfully apply themselves in a demanding environment is essential Ability to communicate coherently in English language is essential Flexible attitude and willingness to act in the best interests of the team is mandatory Specific competencies, (e.g. Fork Lift Truck License, Fire Officer or Safety First Certification etc.) will be rewarded in the overall Salary Package Self Driven and motivated to learn, excel and grow.
