Key Responsibilities : Appointment Management: Handle appointment emails, confirm client meetings, and liaise with advisers to ensure they are fully prepared. Client Terms of Business: Ensure all clients complete and agree to our companys terms of business. Client Servicing Requests: Process and update client details such as address, income, contributions, and other amendments as needed. New Business Processing: Manage all aspects of new business processing, including updating the back-office system and working with various provider platforms to ensure efficient operations. Withdrawal Processing: Oversee client withdrawal requests, ensuring accurate processing by liaising with clients, advisers, and providers. Bed & ISA Processing: Submit and finalise Bed & ISA requests across multiple provider platforms. Death Claims Handling: Manage death claim processes, communicating with advisers, providers, executors, and relevant parties. Client Communication: Engage directly with clients via phone, email, and occasionally in person to address inquiries and provide assistance. Provider Communications: Maintain daily communication with providers through phone, email, and platforms, ensuring accurate information is conveyed and received. Smart Search Requests: Handle smart search requests for maintaining accurate client records. Adviser Support: Provide support to advisers for various ad hoc requests and queries. Team Liaison: Facilitate communication and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth processes. Requirements : A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Financial Services Administrator. Proven track record of delivering quality service. Strong communication and relationship management skills with clients. Ability to work effectively within a team.
