Need a Senior ServiceNow Developer, who will lead the development and implementation of complex solutions, acting as a technical expert and guiding organizations through their ServiceNow journey, while also ensuring adherence to best practices.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including custom features and integrations.
2. Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to other developers and stakeholders.
3. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the smooth operation of ServiceNow systems.
4. Best Practices: Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and implementation standards.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
6. Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies.
8. Team Leadership: May lead a team of developers or consultants.
9. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the ServiceNow platform.
10. Reporting and Analytics: Experience in reporting and performance analytics.
11. Agile Methodologies: Collaborate closely with agile teams, contributing to sprint planning and delivering solution features.
12. Testing and Deployment: Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy solutions on the platform.

Key skills/knowledge/experience:
1. Experience as a senior ServiceNow developer in multiple implementation projects in a customer-centric support role, preferably in the environment providing IT services.
2. A detailed understanding of the user/business function, work process, and key business outputs.
3. Detailed understanding of ITIL processes and application.
4. Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise, and merging multiple instances.
5. Strong work experience and associated projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementation.
6. Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and integration.
7. Certified in CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM, CIS Discovery, ATF, and other relevant certifications.
