If you're passionate about shaping healthcare’s future, we want to hear from you The Healthcare Development Team are actively working on the future of our healthcare store propositions, re-imagining its role within our store environments. As an Assistant Healthcare Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and implementation of healthcare propositions that align with business objectives and customer needs, to re-imagine our customer experiences with a focus on Boots role as a healthcare provider. The role involves thinking outside the box, analysing trends to support building a plan for the future of healthcare, that will be remembered for years to come What you’ll need to have: • The ability to develop and execute healthcare propositions that support the strategic objectives, from concept to delivery. • Appetite to conduct and review market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for new healthcare products or enhancements to existing ones. • Support in creating business cases for new healthcare propositions, including financial modelling and risk assessment. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful proposition delivery. • Assist with engagement of external partners, such as healthcare providers, to enhance healthcare offerings and value propositions. • Support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals for senior stakeholders. • A genuine passion to deliver change and the ability to navigate through challenges What you’ll need to have: • Strong organisational and project management skills. • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities. • Analytical, with the skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. • Thrive in a dynamic environment without processes and can achieve results even amidst ambiguity • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to build strong relationships across the business to ensure accurate and effective delivery of the development programme. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools. It would be great if you also have: • An understanding of how our stores operate, preferably within the healthcare area • Knowledge of healthcare markets, technology or digital health solutions is an advantage. • Experience in healthcare or proposition development would be an advantage.
