Position: Registered Service Manager - Learning Disability Home
Location: Close to Lingfield, Surrey
Salary: Starting at £39,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Role: My client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a learning disability home in Lingfield, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected organisation committed to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care, managing a team of skilled staff, and maintaining compliance with CQC regulations. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team to provide high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and contribute to achieving and maintaining a "Good" rating.
Develop and implement care plans, tailored to meet the specific needs of residents.
Manage budgets, staffing levels, and ensure the service runs efficiently.
Provide leadership, training, and development to the care team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with families, external professionals, and stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Ideally, you will be an established Registered Manager with a proven track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC reports, or a strong Deputy Manager looking to step up into a more senior role.
Specialist Experience: Must have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
CQC Knowledge: Understanding of CQC standards and regulations is essential.
Additional Requirements:
Relevant qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or the willingness to work towards them.
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
