Senior Accountant / Client Manager (ACA/ACCA)

The Opportunity
Partnering closely with our Director to support and shadow client relationships, with a view to transitioning into a lead role in client management. As the number 2 in the business, you’ll gain exposure to managing client relationships and providing tax advice and planning within the property and construction sectors. Prior experience in these sectors is a bonus but not essential.

Your Role:
* Nurture and grow client relationships, providing proactive tax and accounting advice
* Manage your own portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
* Lead and mentor the team, overseeing technical work reviews
* Drive business growth through upselling and innovative solutions
* Enhance Bluewater’s systems and processes, contributing to continuous improvement
About You:
* ACA/ACCA qualified with 2+ years post-qualification experience
* Solid accountancy practice experience
* Strong knowledge of cloud accounting systems (Xero, Dext, Fathom)
* Excellent client relationship management and team management skills
