Job Opportunity: Signalling Project Manager (Contract)
We currently have an opening for a Signalling Project Manager on a contract basis. The position is based at our client's offices in Swindon, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Experience and Skills
* Experience managing design and delivery projects, ranging from small to large scale.
* Extensive background in Signalling within the Railway industry is preferred.
Project Details
The role involves working on various Signalling Projects within the client's CP7 workbank, specifics to be discussed at interview.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the safe delivery of projects to meet cost, time, and quality objectives within corporate guidelines.
2. Develop delivery and supply strategies, ensuring adherence to Colas' principles.
3. Manage processes and project works related to development, delivery, safety, quality, environment, engineering/design compliance, commissioning, functionality, and scheduling.
4. Oversee contractors and implement processes to control project delivery.
Contract Details
* Freelance role, Inside IR35, rate to be confirmed based on experience.
* Start date from February/March, considering notice periods.
* Initial contract of 6-12 months with potential for extension.
* Interviews via Teams.
