About the Role We have an exciting opportunity within our Product and Commercial team which will support the development and management of our Mortgage and Savings products we deliver to our members. The Product Risk and Governance Manager will ensure our Mortgage and Savings Product Development teams deliver our members with products clearly developed to meet different needs. Their oversight will include monitoring performance data, gaining member feedback and understanding regulatory changes all feeding back into the product development process. Our Product Risk and Governance Manager will also ensure the correct governance oversight is carried out across our products. This will include recently enhanced governance supporting the societies demonstration towards Consumer Duty. About You Operating within product development frameworks is essential for this role giving you the experience to ensure our own frameworks are operating effectively. It is desirable to have this experience within financial services. You’ll have a ability to interpret data and have a positive customer outcome mindset whilst ensuring our products are delivering the outcomes we intended.
