Colchester Hospital are looking for a dynamic and motivated nurse to join our busy and friendly Wivenhoe Ward.This is a 20-bedded surgical ward specialising in Vascular Surgery.
Registered nurses are a key part of our ward teams and support the senior team in providing high quality care.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our friendly and busy teams who are motivated in promoting the delivery of a patient-centred, clinically effective and dynamic service to our patients undergoing a surgical procedure. You will work very closely with many members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that we are equipped to meet our patient’s needs and delivering a patient-centred, clinically effect and dynamic service.
You will undertake patient assessment to determine patient need, plan and implement their care. It is therefore essential you can demonstrate a commitment to effective team working and have excellent communication skills.
You will be given the opportunity to participate in service improvements. Upholding the Trust values and strive to enhance the patient’s clinical journey by ensuring the patient is at the centre of their care.
