Data Administrator Role Overview
Our client, a leading and growing property company in Stockport, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Data Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and proactive individual to play a key role in managing, collecting, and analyzing company data to support business decisions. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure data accuracy, provide insights, and communicate conclusions to the appropriate teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to property operations.
* Identifying trends and insights to aid business decision-making.
* Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
* Utilizing advanced Excel functions to manage and interpret data effectively.
* Collaborating with different departments to ensure data integrity and efficient workflows.
* Assisting in the development of data-driven strategies to improve performance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Advanced Excel skills – strong knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization (This is key and the most important requirement)
* A degree in Business, Data Analytics, or Management (desirable but not essential).
* Experience or knowledge of the property sector (desirable).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly.
* A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
