We are looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our vibrant secondary school community in Rochdale!
We strive to create an inspiring environment for both students and staff. Our administration team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school, allowing teachers to focus on delivering excellent education.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to staff and students, including handling inquiries and managing correspondence.
2. Maintain accurate student records and assist with data entry.
3. Organise and schedule meetings, events, and appointments.
4. Assist with general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and managing supplies.
Qualifications:
1. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software is desirable.
4. Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
