Senior Designer, North Oxford, up to £50k My client is an established and growing company who has built a reputation on providing all their clients with a high quality service initial talks and concepts through to completion and delivery.Due to sustained business growth they are now seeking 1-2 additional Designers to join their existing Studio. Reporting to the Creative Director you will be responsible for creating 2D and 3D graphics including but not limited to emails, brochures, website, print and online advertisements, social media, videos and events. This position has potential to involve assisting Creative Director with leading the Design Team, including managing workloads of others. Overview: Liaising with clients, internal teams, external printers and suppliers. Producing visually engaging graphics with high attention to detail. Ensure all briefs/design projects is completed with agreed deadlines and to a high quality standard and met brand guidelines. Ensure Creative Director and Account Managers sign off on designs prior to submitting for client approval Ensure amendments and refinements are made to the creative designs / ideas where appropriate and approved artwork is set ready for print and quality checked. Ensure print specifications are sent to 3rd party suppliers to print in a timely manner and quality checked once back from the printers. All files and folders should be in line with company processes and ISO standards. Assist the Creative Director and/other members of the Design Team where required to ensure smooth workflow. All logos and CI documents should be kept up to date on design servers. Ensuring client portals are regularly checked for updates and any changes are communicated back to the wider team. Proactively keeping up-to-date with clients product offering and partner activity. Proactively putting ideas forward to enhance the company brand.
