Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse with the expertise and knowledge on neonatology to support the service with digitisation and future plans of digital transformation and development. The post-holder should have qualified in speciality training and is expected to have excellent clinical comprehension and understanding of the requirements for high quality neonatal data entry, validation of data and interfaces of national data workstreams. Main duties of the job The post holder will be responsible for identifying and leading significant service and operational transformation, including standardisation of neonatal EPR workflows and processes, service transition and benefits realisation with the support of the neonatal matron and clinical team.The postholder will be working collaboratively with clinical key stakeholders to ensure patient and clinical involvement in the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of systems and EPR and related services.
