Join our Global HR Service Team You will be responsible for delivering high quality correspondence and providing an excellent level of customer service to our employees. Working alongside HR Business Partners and Advisors, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain a real insight into the day-to-day workings of HR in a large organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for: Monitoring and responding to customer queries within 24 hours. Coordinating the local UK team activities via the HR Service ticketing system ensuring respective local teams are aware of daily activities. Supporting blue collar workers with the raising and management of HR Service requests. Writing and sending accurate correspondence including; Occupational Health Appointment Invites, Case Management invitations and outcome letters, Flexible Working and anything else reasonably required. Developing and maintaining the HR Intranet including Employee Benefits and HR communications & promotion. Local workshop, training and events support including: company induction, Long Service Awards, and cross-functional working groups.
