As an Apprentice Chef, you'll gain hands-on experience in food production across various outlets, including Rigby’s Restaurant (day-to-day service and events), the bowling alley, and large-scale event catering in the Arena. You'll learn essential skills, support menu preparation, maintain high food safety standards.

As part of our fun and friendly kitchen team, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment producing high-quality food for a variety of outlets, including:
• Rigby’s Restaurant – day-to-day service and event catering.
• The Bowling Alley – offering casual dining options.
• The Arena – catering for large-scale events.
Your Role Includes:
Supporting food production and preparation across all outlets.
Maintaining our exceptional five-star food hygiene standards.
Working with the team on a changing rota to suit business needs.
Learning new skills and gaining valuable experience in a professional kitchen.
