Job Description: Senior UX Researcher
Location: London with agile working model (FLEXIBLE WORKING)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our Research and Analytics team to help us uncover critical insights and grow our research practices. This role is an opportunity to make a significant impact by driving user-centric decisions and elevating our approach to research.
Ideal Candidate:
* You have deep experience running high-impact qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research, balancing research integrity with business needs and priorities.
* You excel at combining quantitative and qualitative methods to triangulate findings, providing a comprehensive understanding of user needs and behaviours.
* You excel at stakeholder management and have strong communication skills, making complex insights understandable and actionable.
* You take ownership of your responsibilities and working with a high degree of autonomy. You are comfortable working in a remote/async environment.
* You’re eager to hit the ground running and bring new ideas to improve the way we work as a research team.
Experience
* Extensive (5+ years) applied research experience in a tech/product environment.
* An academic research background/advanced degree in social sciences is preferred (but not essential—your experience matters most).
* Collaborating cross-functionally with product teams.
* Creative methods for sharing insights with diverse stakeholders.
* Coaching non-researchers to build research literacy.
* Developing and standardizing research processes.
* Proficiency with research platforms like Dovetail (or similar) for analysis, insights management, and process enhancement, with an interest in leveraging AI to elevate research practices.
* Comfortable working with customers across multiple time zones, occasionally adjusting your schedule to conduct interviews.
Responsibilities
* Lead strategic and tactical research initiatives: Own and conduct all stages of research, supporting both our squads and broader business areas. Lead a rolling testing program to gather continuous user feedback, enabling iterative improvements in product development and strategy alignment.
* Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other business areas to deliver impactful research that answers key questions and supports strategic decision-making.
* Integrate insights: Combine qualitative and quantitative research methods to validate findings, triangulate data, and provide a holistic view of user needs and behaviours.
* Communicate findings: Develop best practices for communicating insights effectively to stakeholders, using a variety of formats to ensure accessibility and impact.
* Research support: Guide product managers and designers to run their own lightweight research confidently and effectively.
* Advocate for users and research best practice: Become an expert on our users, contributing to strategic conversations and championing research best practices across the organisation.
* Optimise processes: Assist the research team in refining processes, knowledge management, documentation, and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability.
