ICT 1st Line Support Technician
37 hours per week, permanent onsite.
Salary NS5: £25,183 - £25,584 per annum (pay award pending)
A DBS Basic Check is required for this role.
Are you passionate about delivering first-class ICT support? We are looking for an ICT 1st Line Support Technician to provide an effective and efficient first-line response to internal customers.
Based primarily at Castle House, Newark, with occasional travel to satellite offices, this role is ideal for someone with some experience in ICT systems, but dont worry if youre still developing your skills. Support and training will be provided for the right candidate. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to gain an ITIL Level 3 qualification and Microsoft training, helping you grow and develop within the field of ICT.

Your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
1. To provide an effective & efficient response to all service desk calls in line with published Service Level Agreements across self service, email and telephone enquiries.
