OLG Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Engineering Technical Administrator to work for a major client based in Immingham. This is a long-term contract position for approximately 2 years, which will be reviewed after this period.
Primary Accountabilities:
1. System Responsibilities
1. Investigations - log investigations and expedite completion.
2. Maintenance Programs and Projects.
3. Mechanical Engineering Worklist.
4. Piping Isometric drawing management.
5. Vendor Document Control.
6. Line Search database.
7. Management of Change process.
8. Small Bore Connection Program.
9. Inspection work request processing for engineering tasks.
10. Create and maintain the register for emergent work control and issue relevant work packs during unit shutdowns and turnarounds.
2. Ad Hoc Responsibilities
1. Production and maintenance of sign off control charts for unit shutdowns and turnarounds.
2. Collating copies of P&IDs for Turnaround Team.
3. Cross checking and maintaining the maintenance plans for technical items identified as a “Layer of Protection”.
4. Create documentation and facilitate the mid and post turnaround scope review sessions (PFD reviews).
5. Expediting the requisitioning of materials/services for central engineering.
6. Various ad hoc requests to process and update Microsoft 365 documents.
