We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Sheffield for Customer Service Advisors to join their existing team. Our client is a specialist customer service partner and outsource who work with a wide range of business to provide and enhance their customer service experience and customer journey.
The Role
* Handling a range of inbound and outbound calls from customer, ranging in complexity.
* Providing exceptional customer service and striving to have a first time resolution
* Providing company knowledge on our clients range of products and service
* Using inhouse systems to log calls, update customer records and process any requests
* Working in line with KPI's, SLA's and customer satisfaction targets.
The Person
* Previous experience within customer service; ideally within a phone/contact centre based environment but our client is opening to all backgrounds such as retail and hospitality.
* Strong IT competency
* Willingness and eagerness to learn.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Confidence and comfort when working in a fast-paced working environment
* The right attitude - You're part of a team, be punctual and reliable
