Our client is a global organisation supporting the marine industry through its specialist teams that service electronic and mechanical equipment around the world. They require a Service Co-ordinator to join their busy team in Crawley, becoming part of a close-knit, friendly team.
Main Duties
1. Provide excellent customer service – responding promptly to customer enquiries and/or requests for onsite repairs.
2. Ensure technicians and engineers are scheduled to sites in the UK.
3. Keep customers updated and provide a positive customer service experience.
4. Inform technicians and engineers of any changes to their weekly working schedule.
5. Ensure spare parts are available for every job via collaboration with the inventory team.
6. Complete invoices, record keeping, and administrative duties in a timely manner.
7. Participate in out of hours and weekend rotations as required.
Skills and Knowledge
1. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
2. First-class customer service and administrative skills required.
3. Client-focused, ensuring the best outcome for customers.
4. Strong knowledge of MS Office.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Reliable commuting to Crawley.
