Role Overview:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with special educational needs
2. Assist in the delivery of individualised education plans (IEPs)
3. Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills
4. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
5. Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other professionals to monitor and track student progress
6. Help with behaviour management strategies to ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:
1. Experience working with children with special educational needs (desirable but not essential)
2. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with children
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
4. Strong communication and organisational skills
5. A genuine passion for supporting children’s individual learning needs
